1. Promoter

The promoter is BlokxBlok Ltd ("BlokxBlok", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16018219). Our registered office is 1 Wharfedale Gardens, Baildon, Shipley, BD17 6TN.

2. The Promotion

"Win the BlokxBlok kit bag" is a free prize draw run on the BlokxBlok Instagram account (@blokxblokhq). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Eligibility

3.1

Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the date of entry.

3.2

Not open to employees, directors, contractors or agents of BlokxBlok Ltd, nor their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

3.3

By entering, entrants confirm they meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Promotion Period

4.1

Opens: Wednesday 1 July 2026 at 18:00 (BST), when the competition post goes live.

4.2

Closes: 23:59 (BST) on Sunday 12 July 2026.

4.3

Entries received after the closing date/time will not be counted.

5. How To Enter (free — no purchase necessary)

To enter, complete ALL THREE steps during the promotion period:

• Follow @blokxblokhq on Instagram.
• Join the BlokxBlok waitlist at www.blokxblok.com.
• Comment on the competition post on @blokxblokhq with the one movement you most want to fix.

5.1

One entry per person. Multiple comments do not increase the chance of winning.

5.2

Entries must be made by the entrant personally. Bulk, automated or third-party entries are void.

5.3

No purchase is necessary and no payment is required to enter or win. Following, joining the waitlist and commenting are all free.

5.4

The winner must still be following @blokxblokhq at the time of the draw and when the prize is claimed.

6. Winner Selection

6.1

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries that completed all three entry steps (follow, waitlist and comment), within five (5) working days of the closing date.

6.2

The draw will be conducted by BlokxBlok (or an independent person/process) in a way that ensures each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.

7. Notification

7.1

The winner will be notified within five (5) working days of the draw, via Instagram direct message and/or the email used to join the waitlist.

7.2

The winner must respond and provide a UK delivery address within fourteen (14) days of being notified. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within this period, BlokxBlok reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.

8. Prize

8.1

One (1) winner receives:

• an engraved BlokxBlok 8oz Yeti;
• a BlokxBlok patch; and
• 12 BLKs (in-app credits), credited to the winner's BlokxBlok account at or after launch.

8.2

What 12 BLKs means: 1 BLK unlocks one Blok — one month (4 weeks) of a program. A program is made up of multiple Bloks (currently three Bloks / three months, costing 3 BLKs). 12 BLKs is therefore a full year of programs — around four programs at the current length. Programs are owned outright once unlocked ("buy once, own forever").

8.3

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.

8.4

Physical items will be delivered to a UK address only.

8.5

If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, BlokxBlok may substitute it for an item of equal or greater value.

9. Data & Privacy

9.1

Entry/contact details are used only to administer this promotion and select and notify the winner, and are handled in accordance with the BlokxBlok Privacy Policy (www.blokxblok.com). Waitlist signup is governed by the existing waitlist privacy terms.

9.2

We will not share entrants' personal data with third parties except as needed to deliver the prize, and will not use it for marketing beyond the waitlist consent already given.

9.3

The winner's Instagram username may be announced publicly on @blokxblokhq.

10. General

10.1

BlokxBlok reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or is made in bad faith.

10.2

BlokxBlok reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel/suspend the promotion where necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control; any change will be posted at the public T&Cs URL.

10.3

The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.4

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
