How do I Buy a Program?
Programs on BlokxBlok are purchased using BLKs — our in-app credits. One BLK buys one Blok, which is one month of programming. Most programs are made up of three Bloks (12 weeks), but some are shorter or longer depending on the goal. Simply browse the library, choose the program that fits your training goal, and use your BLKs to unlock your first Blok.
Do I Keep My Programs Forever?
Yes. Once you've purchased a program, it stays in your account. There's no ongoing subscription required to keep access to programs you've already purchased. Buy once, own forever.
How Much Does a Program Cost?
1 BLK costs £19.99 and unlocks 1 Blok (4 weeks) of programming. Most programs are 3 Bloks long, so a typical 12-week program costs 3 BLKs. There are two ways to reduce the price per BLK: subscribe to a monthly BLK plan; buy multiple BLKs at once on pay-as-you-go. The more you buy, the more you save.

BlokxBlok comes from the idea that real progress is built step by step — or block by block. We believe lasting improvement comes from consistent, focused work over time, not shortcuts. That idea shapes both our philosophy and our training: programs are delivered in structured 4-week cycles we call Bloks, helping athletes build progress one stage at a time.

Because programs are built in focused 4-week Bloks, you can combine different types of training to match your goals — for example, pairing a strength-focused program with something more skill-based.

BlokxBlok programs are written and tested in ShireFit — one of the most decorated CrossFit gyms in the UK. We also partner with reputable athletes and coaches we trust. BlokxBlok's main priority is delivering real results and we won't sacrifice that.
How Long Are Programs?
Programs on BlokxBlok are built in 4-week training cycles, which we call Bloks. Most programs are made up of 3 Bloks, giving you 12 weeks of training in total, although some programs may be shorter or longer depending on the goal. Each week in a Blok will usually contain just a single session, but again this can vary depending on the type and capability level of the program.
What is the Structure of a Session in a Program?
Every session in a BlokxBlok program follows a clear structure. A tailored Warm-Up to get you fully prepared; a Main section which drives progress towards the program goal; a Supporting section to build your strength, technique and/or mobility.
How do I get Started?
Getting started is easy. Simply download the app, create an account, and use your free BLK to unlock a program that fits your training goals. Once you've unlocked a program, you can access it anytime in your account and start following the sessions at your own pace.
